Guideline For Paper Submission

  • The original unpublished research papers, articles & working papers on topics related to the conference theme are invited for submission.
  • Authors are requested to ensure that their paper is formatted as per IEEE Guidelines. Please refer to the official IEEE template while preparing the manuscript.
  • All papers must be submitted online through the Microsoft CMT submission portal.
  • All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by subject experts based on originality, technical significance, quality, and clarity.
  • Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.

Plagiarism Policy for Paper Submission

  • The paper prior to submission must be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iAuthenticate, or similar tools. The similarity index should not exceed 15% under any circumstances (including self-content or content from others).
  • Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others’ work(s) is strictly prohibited.
  • If any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusive remarks from previously published work are used in your article, proper citation and referencing of the original source must be provided.
  • The language used to explain adopted concepts or materials must be original and should not replicate the wording of the source material.
  • If any copyrighted material is used, prior written permission must be obtained from the respective copyright holder.
