Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the International Centre for Advanced Research and Education Foundation and any individual or entity completing a booking request to join any of our international conferences.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all conference events, including paper submission, registration, and participation. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the provisions stated below.

Online Registration and Payment Policy

  • The international conference is organized and managed by the International Centre for Advanced Research and Education Foundation. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the organizing foundation.
  • We reserve the right to publicly announce our professional association with registered participants, provided such announcements are not disparaging.
  • All conference registrations and related documentation purchases are governed exclusively by these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to modify the venue, timings, speakers, or schedule due to unavoidable circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss, expenditure, or inconvenience arising from such changes.
  • Any postponement, cancellation, or updates will be communicated via the official website and email notifications.
  • Registration is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or above.
  • Participants are responsible for obtaining required visas. Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle a participant to a refund.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment free from discrimination, harassment, or violence.
  • Unacceptable behavior includes unwanted verbal attention, intimidation, stalking, bullying, or physical misconduct.
  • Discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, nationality, disability, or ethnicity is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of this code may result in removal from the event premises.

Filming, Photography & Privacy Policy

  • Photographs, audio, and video recordings may be captured during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
  • Participants who do not wish to be photographed must inform the organizers in advance via email.
  • We impose restrictions on unauthorized use of conference images, recordings, or content without prior written consent.
  • Personal information collected during registration will be securely stored and used strictly for event-related purposes.
  • We may share necessary information with co-sponsors or third-party service providers involved in organizing the conference.
  • Participants may unsubscribe from event communications by contacting us via email.

Review and Publication Policy

  • Reviewer comments represent independent professional opinions intended for constructive academic improvement.
  • Reviewer identity and review body details remain strictly confidential.
  • We do not guarantee publication or indexing in any specific journal or database. Publishers independently evaluate submissions.
  • Publication timelines may take 6–9 months or longer depending on publisher processes.

Liability and Legal Jurisdiction

  • We shall not be responsible for loss, injury, illness, theft, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event except where caused by proven negligence.
  • The views expressed by speakers are their own. The organizers accept no liability for advice or statements made during the conference.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms without prior notice.

Registration Fee (Physical Mode)

The registration fee includes access to the Inaugural Session, Keynote/Invited Lectures, Oral Paper Presentation Sessions, networking opportunities, conference lunch and refreshments, a conference kit, and a Participation/Presentation Certificate.

The conference is non-residential. Delegates are requested to arrange their own accommodation. For further clarification, please contact the organizing team via email.
