Publication of papers is solely dependent on the authors’ timely responses to queries and proofreading during the production stage. Publishers reserve the right to decline publication of any conference paper that does not meet their quality or ethical standards at this stage. In such circumstances, the registration fee is non-refundable.
The organisers do not claim or guarantee that any paper will be indexed in any database. Indexing services independently evaluate conference papers and determine their inclusion based on their own criteria. These procedures are dynamic and subject to change from time to time.
The publication timeline for accepted papers is not fixed and depends entirely on the IEEE Xplore processing schedule. Based on past experience, publication may take approximately 3–5 months from the completion of the conference, and in some cases longer.
This timeline may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances, publisher requirements, or delayed author responses to publisher queries. However, once a paper successfully clears all publisher checks, it is guaranteed to be published by the publisher.
